The integration problem
A new signing has to learn far more than a new system of play.
LALIGA launched a Player Care & Engagement initiative in 2026 focused on areas including player arrival and adaptation, family support and communication—exactly the environment in which specialist language support can add value. ELS is an independent provider and is not affiliated with LALIGA.
A player can arrive in Spain and immediately face tactical meetings, medical conversations, team dynamics, housing, transport, banking, media obligations and family responsibilities in a language they do not fully control. Language friction is an integration problem—not just an academic one.
Our job is to reduce the language barrier around the player so that Spanish becomes a tool for football, independence and confidence.

Club pricing is proposal-based. We do not publish consumer hourly rates for this service because requirements vary by player, intensity, delivery format and level of support.

Can you support a player immediately after signing?
Yes. The rapid-assessment model is designed for exactly that situation: identify immediate priorities first, then build the longer programme around the player's needs and schedule.
Can the programme focus entirely on football communication?
Yes. For some players the first priority may be training-ground Spanish comprehension and speaking. For others, everyday life or media work may matter just as much. The content is tailored.
Is support available online?
Yes. Live online delivery can be used on its own or alongside in-person sessions by arrangement, making it easier to work around travel and fixtures.
Can you work with a player's family?
Yes. Separate practical Spanish support can be arranged for a partner or family member where this would help the player's wider integration.
How is club pricing calculated?
After the initial conversation, ELS provides a tailored commercial proposal based on the level of support, intensity, delivery method and duration required.
