Important: These terms govern use of the ELS website, Practice Centre, student accounts, subscriptions and teacher-supported features. They do not remove any statutory consumer rights you have under UK law.

1. About the service

Elite Language Solutions (“ELS”) provides English-language teaching, SELT preparation, learning resources, student accounts, interactive practice, optional AI-assisted speaking feedback and teacher-supported learning. ELS is a preparation provider. It is not the Home Office-approved body that administers or certifies official SELT examinations.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your password confidential and using the service lawfully. You must not share paid account access, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, scrape it at scale, or use it to harm another person or system.

3. Practice and AI feedback

Practice scores, readiness diagnostics, AI feedback and simulated interviews are educational tools only. They are not official examination results, guaranteed CEFR certifications, immigration advice or guarantees of passing an official test. AI output can be incomplete or wrong, so important decisions should not rely on automated feedback alone.

4. Plans and recurring subscriptions

Where offered, ELS may provide Free, Practice Plus and Coached access. The checkout page will show the current price, billing interval and any trial before you confirm payment. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period until cancelled. You can manage eligible Stripe-billed subscriptions through the secure billing portal.

Private English Programme: the standard price is £220 every four weeks and includes eight 60-minute private online lessons—£27.50 per lesson. New students receive the introductory first four weeks for £180. After that introductory period, the programme automatically continues at £220 every four weeks unless cancelled before the next billing date. These terms and the recurring price must be shown before payment is confirmed.

5. Current launch pricing

• Free: £0.
• Practice Plus: £12.99 monthly or £99 annually.
• Coached: £39.99 monthly or £299 annually.

Practice Plus monthly may include a 7-day trial where shown at checkout. Promotional or pilot pricing may differ if clearly disclosed before purchase.

6. Cancellation, cooling-off rights and refunds

You can cancel a recurring subscription so that it does not renew. Unless the checkout or applicable law provides otherwise, access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period. Statutory cancellation and refund rights apply where required by law. Where you expressly request immediate supply of digital services during a statutory cancellation period, the law may affect what refund is due for service already supplied. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Failed payments

If a recurring payment fails, ELS may provide a short grace period while payment is retried or updated. If payment remains unresolved, paid features may be reduced to the Free plan until the subscription is restored. The exact account status follows verified payment-provider information rather than a browser confirmation page.

8. Coached features and homework

Teacher-supported access may include assigned homework, comments and progress review within the limits of the purchased service. It is not unlimited on-demand tutoring unless a specific offer expressly says so. Teacher availability, response times and lesson services are subject to the relevant booking or course arrangements.

9. Official SELT examinations and immigration information

Official SELT exams must be booked and taken with an approved provider. Immigration rules can change and can depend on the route and circumstances. ELS content is language-preparation information, not regulated immigration advice. Applicants should verify current requirements on GOV.UK or with an appropriately regulated immigration adviser.

10. Acceptable use

You must not upload unlawful material, misuse microphone or messaging features, impersonate another person, seek unauthorised access, reverse engineer protected systems, or use ELS services in a way that infringes intellectual-property, privacy or other legal rights.

11. Intellectual property

ELS course content, original practice questions, software interfaces, written materials and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Personal learners may use purchased or free materials for their own study. Republishing, reselling or systematically copying ELS content requires permission.

12. Availability and changes

We aim to keep services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may fix, update, replace or withdraw features where reasonably necessary, including where third-party services change. Material changes affecting a paid subscription will be communicated where required.

13. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, ELS is not responsible for immigration decisions, official exam decisions, losses caused by reliance on practice/AI output as if it were professional or official advice, or failures outside our reasonable control.

14. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled, including learning records, AI transcripts, payment status and account information.
