Why it works

Stop guessing. Start reading the clues.

Six sentences removed, seven options, one sentence you don't need. Mind the Gap trains the skill this task really tests: seeing how each sentence connects to the ones around it.

The real exam format, 20 times

Every test has six gaps numbered 7–12, seven options A–G and one distractor, just as on the paper. Texts include articles, reviews, proposals, features and personal accounts.

Every answer explained

The answer key shows the exact clue word or idea that links each sentence to the text, plus why the extra sentence fails. You learn from every mistake, not just count them.

A strategy you can repeat

A five-step method and a clue-word toolkit (reference words, contrast, addition, cause and result) give you a reliable process under exam pressure.
